10 Years on the Frame
5 Years on the Motors
2 Years on the Battery
2 Years on the Joystick
2 Years on the Control System (CPU)
3 Months on Wearable Parts

The fabric parts such as the seat & back cushion and their supporting straps, the arm rest pads, the joystick button pad, thumb screws and knobs, front and rear wheels are included as wearable parts.  Plastic decorative parts and free accessories are not covered under any warranty.  The battery charger is under a 3 months warranty. 

Any parts under warranty will be replaced and shipped to your door by USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Express depending on availability.

Any service and labor fees, if applicable, to replace parts under warranty must be paid by the user.  For example, the labor fees that incurred by motor replacement must be paid by the user himself. We strongly recommend you seek professional help for maintenance and service, to make sure the work is done properly.

The warranty only covers NON-DELIBERATE OR NON-ACCIDENTAL Damage.  

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

  • misuse or abuse
  • changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
  • normal wear and tear
  • dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • modifications made by the user
  • failure to install or maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects
  • pilling of textiles

If you're sure you need to file a warranty claim please contact us via email: service@sunlitsmart.com, and provide as much information as you can about the issue.  

Photos or videos of the chair will be asked to verify its condition when you apply for a warranty.  If proof can not be provided, warranty parts will not be provided.  There is no exception to this policy.  If proof can not be provided, warranty parts will not be provided. 

Any damaged product received must be reported within 48 hours.  If it is not reported in that time, it is the users responsibility.   

Contact Sunlit before sending any product for warranty repair or replacement. Do not send any product without our prior written consent.
