Cancellation
In any case, you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us of your decision to cancel it. Please follow our cancellation procedure below:Canceling An Unsorted Order
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via service@sunlitsmart.com with the canceling reason attached. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Then we will issue a full refund once the order is canceled successfully.
Canceling An Order In Transit
If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us via service@sunlitsmart.com.
If the order is in transit, and you still want to cancel/return it before you receiving the order, you will be charged $100 shipping fee incurred.

30-DAY Conditional MONEY-BACK POLICY
NOTICE: ALL the returned items must meet the requirements of the following:
- The items must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the last package of them.
- The items must be clean, in new condition and in its original packaging.
- There is no restocking fee
- You will be charged $100 returning shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
You are eligible to return any item within 30 days of receipt with the 30-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United States.
If for any reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a return and refund. Please note that the return shipping fee is payable by the customer and is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address with the Return Label provided. You can contact us via service@sunlitsmart.com for the Return Label.
